This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Engage in account-based B2B interactions with healthcare customer segments while delivering scientifically focused sales messages.
• Enhance the share and revenue of the Vaccine Portfolio to meet product objectives.
• Travel to designated territories 4–5 days per week.
• Promote and distinguish the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access colleagues, Strategic Account Managers, Hospital Business Managers, and other partners.
• Implement brand and corporate strategies to ensure account success.
• Utilize account and territory data, AI, and digital tools to formulate account strategies.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans aimed at enhancing territory performance.
• Present portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings, including financial presentations.
• Operate within a buy-and-bill framework, encompassing pricing analysis, contract management, shipping support, and compliance monitoring.
• Adapt sales methodologies, including implementing remote selling techniques.
• Plan and conduct local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Participate in and assist in leading congresses, regional meetings, and medical conferences.
• Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record; business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Capability to absorb and apply technical and scientific product information.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the United States weekly on short notice (80%+ travel).
• General understanding of and enthusiasm for science, public health, and community impact.
• Strong planning and execution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
• Valid driver's license and capability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Degree in Life Sciences or Business preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Outstanding presentation skills, including comfort presenting to larger audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Competence in customer engagement and relationship-building.
• Business acumen, including the ability to communicate clinical, operational, financial, and economic value.
