This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create architectural drawings, studies, and design documentation for schematic design and initial project development.

• Generate site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, and other deliverables under the guidance of the Project Architect.

• Assist with space planning, test fits, site layouts, and facility planning studies.

• Convert design concepts and project requirements into precise drawing deliverables.

• Integrate project and client feedback into drawings and models.

• Adjust established design standards and prototypes to meet individual project needs across the EV portfolio.

• Create and uphold accurate Revit models throughout the design process.

• Produce 3D views, diagrams, and other visual materials to effectively communicate design.

• Ensure consistency between Revit models and drawing documentation.

• Develop and utilize Revit families, components, and standardized content.

• Identify potential modeling or coordination issues and relay them to the Project Architect.

• Facilitate efficient and repeatable BIM and design production workflows across various projects.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• Over 3 years of architectural experience.

• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.

• Proven experience in producing architectural drawings and BIM models.

• Knowledge of architectural design, building systems, and construction documentation.

• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to deliver precise work.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Preferred: Experience with EV, automotive, industrial, mission-critical, or prototype facility design.

• Preferred: Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.

• Preferred: Familiarity with sustainability principles and energy-efficient design strategies.

• Preferred: Experience with Google Workspace.

• Preferred: Experience with Miro.
