This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of experts engaged in intricate design projects across various geographical locations.
• Conduct client meetings and facilitate communications to foster strong client relationships.
• Establish project priorities and timelines for program deliverables, and conduct review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Provide training for the team and perform Quality Control / Assurance reviews to effectively create and deliver highly consistent documents.
• Assist in the construction process by promptly addressing RFIs, reviewing submittals, processing approved change orders, and managing monthly draw requests.
• Licensed Architect; NCARB Certification is an added advantage.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal projects, telecom, or data centers.
• DBIA Certification, PMP Certification, or significant experience in progressive design-build is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization software.
• Autodesk BIM Certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements.
