This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Assist consumers by engaging thoughtfully and addressing inquiries related to their healthcare benefit requirements.
β’ Respond to incoming customer calls.
β’ Conduct investigations across various systems to resolve inquiries.
β’ Offer clear and precise information to guide consumers through healthcare options.
β’ Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism.
β’ Adhere to a predetermined schedule, including specified breaks and lunch periods.
β’ Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
β’ Bilingual in English and Arabic.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs.
β’ Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.
β’ A distraction-free, designated workspace at home.
