Appraisal Inspector, Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation of necessary exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections.

• Regular travel to on-site properties as per assigned work requests.

• Manage travel arrangements and related expense reports.

• Engage in both internal and external client meetings as necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an issued and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states.

• MAI designation or candidate status is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (though not mandatory).

• Strategic comprehension of commercial real estate appraisal is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel easily between states is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management skills are highly desired.

• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook and Teams, is required.

• An active Certified General Appraiser License is mandatory.
