This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Address inbound leads (form submissions, opt-ins, applications) promptly within our service level agreement.
β’ Assess leads based on YMP's ideal client profile.
β’ Engage in meaningful conversations via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and occasionally through phone calls.
β’ Schedule qualified prospects onto the appropriate closer's calendar.
β’ Execute structured follow-up sequences for leads who do not book initially.
β’ Ensure impeccable CRM management in Pipedrive.
β’ Provide feedback and insights to marketing and sales management.
β’ Meet daily and weekly goals for response times, conversations conducted, and appointments scheduled.
β’ Exceptional communication skills - capable of engaging in natural, professional discussions.
β’ Highly organized and process-oriented - proficient in tracking leads and timely follow-ups.
β’ Quick-paced - able to act swiftly without compromising quality.
β’ Receptive to coaching - able to accept feedback and implement it immediately.
β’ Self-driven in a completely remote work environment.
β’ Familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and the essential software tools of a contemporary sales operation.
β’ Authentic interest in marketing, business, and understanding what motivates founders.
