• Drive customer impact through data analytics

• Manage comprehensive analytical projects for both existing and prospective utility clients

• Address customer challenges by organizing and interpreting data

• Examine extensive, intricate datasets from Overstory’s platform

• Recognize trends in customer requirements and convert them into opportunities for product innovation

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor/counterpart

• Enthusiastic about addressing climate issues with data-driven solutions

• Significant experience in working with large, complex datasets to derive valuable business insights

• Proficient in Excel for data modeling and analysis

• Open to learning new technical analysis tools

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences
