This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the design and implementation of innovative advanced analytics solutions leveraging the latest AI technologies.
• Assess new technologies in LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and healthcare informatics.
• Employ NLP algorithms and deep learning methodologies to examine and interpret unstructured healthcare data.
• Oversee the development process from prototype to production in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
• Create and apply predictive models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to derive insights from extensive healthcare datasets.
• Establish and implement evaluation strategies for ML and LLM solutions.
• Work alongside stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop metrics, and generate dashboards and reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a comparable field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• One (1) year of experience with cloud services (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies (such as Databricks or Snowflake) is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the development and implementation of an NLP and Generative AI solution within the healthcare domain is required.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM architecture, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model registry, experiment tracking, automated evaluation, monitoring, and reproducible pipelines.
• Understanding of model risk management, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics tools such as Python or R.
• Expertise in data manipulation, data visualization, and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling, including linear and non-linear regression, sampling, and Markov chains.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
