Applied AI Engineering Coach – Level 6

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and mentorship to a group of Level 6 AI Engineering apprentices.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and collaborative learning experiences.

• Assist learners throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle, from initial problem identification to deployment and ongoing monitoring.

• Support learners in navigating the End Point Assessment (EPA) process and developing their portfolios.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices, including ethics, security, and governance.

• Work in partnership with employers and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes for learners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science.

• Direct experience with production machine learning systems.

• Proficient in Python with expertise in tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, and Hugging Face or generative AI tools.

• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SQL.

• A strong enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of others.
