Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Design and develop comprehensive AI solutions for document comprehension and automated report creation.

• Construct and implement LLM-driven systems, including RAG pipelines, to extract and integrate context from various data sources.

• Manage unstructured and semi-structured data such as PDFs, documents, images, and historical records, converting it into actionable inputs for AI systems.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions to achieve quantifiable enhancements.

• Incorporate AI outputs into current systems through APIs, collaborating with backend teams operating in C# and SQL Server environments.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, dependable, and in alignment with real-world business operations.

• Tackle performance, accuracy, and usability issues in AI-generated results.

• Operate within data privacy and security protocols, including managing sensitive information and considering local model deployment when necessary.

• Work with internal teams to grasp requirements and enhance use cases.

• Clearly convey technical concepts, trade-offs, and solution strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to defining the organization’s strategy for AI integration and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in constructing **real-world AI applications utilizing LLMs**, specifically RAG or document-centric AI systems.

• Strong command of **Python** for developing data pipelines, AI workflows, and integrations.

• Proven track record in delivering **end-to-end AI solutions**, from initial concept to production-ready applications.

• Practical experience with **unstructured data**, including documents like PDFs and mixed-format sources.

• Established capability to **rapidly prototype and iterate**, swiftly transitioning from concept to functional solution.

• Experience in integrating AI systems into existing applications through **APIs**.

• Background in working with **legacy systems** and integrating with backend technologies.

• Knowledge of **cloud or hybrid environments** (Azure, AWS, or similar) for deploying AI solutions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical mindset towards building effective solutions.

• Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
