This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a strategic partner, ensuring our customers successfully implement and maximize the value of AI-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the main point of contact, guiding enterprise customers through intricate implementations while fostering sustained business impact.
• Collaborate with Taktile’s Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and long-term impact.
• 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation, or customer-facing roles within high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS, with proven team leadership abilities in various scenarios.
• A solid technical background, capable of clearly articulating technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, particularly in the context of applied AI.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Engage in challenging, impactful problems that have real-world significance.
