This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop innovative AI-driven applications featuring browser-based and conversational interfaces to enhance contemporary HR functions.
• Establish and manage a shared infrastructure that underpins a growing range of agentic AI applications, including AWS EC2 servers, Airflow workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Snowflake integrations.
• Incorporate LLM APIs into enterprise applications and HR workflows, delivering significant AI-enhanced functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate their needs into AI solutions that enhance the employee experience.
• Work alongside data scientists to deploy and oversee AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Explore and implement agentic frameworks to augment future AI capabilities.
• 5-7 years of experience advancing technical work in innovative ways, including analytics, data science, software engineering, or another technical field.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• A genuine interest in understanding how systems operate and a commitment to creating outstanding products.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or its equivalent) as an integral part of your workflow, including the ability to critically assess and refine generated outputs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with APIs, web applications, and data pipelines.
• Exposure to data warehouses like Snowflake or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to excel in a remote-first work environment.
