Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Commit to learning about products and support processes while managing basic customer interactions.

• Address support tickets by assisting users in navigating company software, facilitating customer training and demonstrations, and appropriately escalating complex issues.

• Aid in software testing activities while gaining expertise in testing tools, processes, and product functionality.

• Perform assigned tests, assist with software and hardware evaluations, document test outcomes, and develop the ability to identify and report defects.

• Offer support when necessary for internal IT and business operations to assist the development, product, marketing, and sales teams.

• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to the Application Engineer team leads and Product Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.

• A degree in a technology-related field is not mandatory but considered a plus.

• Experience in construction, 3D modeling, laser scanning, or software development is advantageous but not required.

• Comfortable working in a technical setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Capable of rapidly switching tasks in a complex environment.
