Applications Analyst II – Epic Ambulatory Application Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Execute IT application implementation, optimization, and support tasks

• Manage moderately complex to highly complex applications that are essential for operations

• Collaborate with end users to ascertain and articulate requirements

• Provide assistance during application implementation events, including occasional support during off-hours

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years of relevant experience OR Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or a related field with six (6) years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or a related field with four (4) years of relevant experience

• Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communication skills

• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities, initiatives, and tasks

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and achieve success in a team-oriented environment

• Proficient in supporting applications within a healthcare setting
