This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Maintain certification in the primary EHR module (if applicable) and exhibit proficiency across various applications.
• Independently conduct workflow demonstrations and functional presentations for users and stakeholders.
• Execute advanced system configuration, building, and troubleshooting with minimal oversight.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated applications and project initiatives.
• Mentor and provide resources to Application Analyst I staff, aiding in decision-making and prioritization.
• Manage and resolve intricate tickets across several modules, ensuring timely and precise solutions.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions and cross-functional meetings, including cooperation with IT and help desk teams.
• Develop a solid understanding of cross-functional systems, workflows, and the impacts of upstream/downstream processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and interface teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Minimum Required: Two to three (2-3) years of experience in healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative, or revenue cycle), information technology, or health information technology, OR demonstrated competency in the Applications Analyst I role.
• For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s) OR willingness to travel for training and obtain certification within 90 days of completing training at Epic in the assigned application.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) and current Epic certification(s).
