This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional frontline support by addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing software-related issues, and ensuring resolutions are both timely and empathetic.
• Collaborate effectively within the swarm support model to tackle customer problems efficiently.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage software defects, enhancement requests, and customer feedback.
• Over 4 years of experience in software/application support; experience with ERP or supply chain software products is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to tight deadlines while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
