This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage with customers to enhance their EMR optimization initiatives.
• Share best practices to guarantee customer success with the EMR system.
• Execute intricate configurations to boost workflow efficiencies.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
• Deliver training to client users during the deployment phase to ease the training load on the project team.
• Offer ongoing product education for current customers.
• Raise bug fixes to the relevant personnel as necessary.
• Take proactive steps to enhance personal growth in product knowledge.
• Support the deployment team with onboarding activities.
• Up to 10% travel is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service/support to commercial clients.
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must achieve relevant product certifications within 90 days of employment.
