This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main technical contact between clients and various departments to address application-related issues.
• Conduct application sanity tests to verify application functionality.
• Offer technical support and remote troubleshooting as part of a global 24/7 support team.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to implement application patches and upgrades.
• Create, document, mentor, and train others in procedures related to application triage and problem resolution.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical fields; equivalent professional experience will also be accepted.
• Over 4 years of proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting critical commercial software applications.
• Strong comprehension of complex technical implementations, which may involve relational databases, networking, server configuration, single sign-on, and system administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A demonstrated problem solver who enjoys addressing challenging issues and swiftly finding optimal solutions.
