This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact between clients and various departments to address application-related issues.
• Conduct application sanity tests to verify the application's overall health.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement application patches and upgrades.
• Oversee the resolution of support cases for designated customer inquiries.
• Work closely with Customer Support, Escalation Engineering, and Cloud Operations to pinpoint critical application problems.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience will also be accepted.
• Over 4 years of proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting essential commercial software applications.
• In-depth understanding of intricate technical implementations, which may encompass relational databases, networking, server configuration, single sign-on, and system administration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Access to technical assistance and remote troubleshooting support as part of a global 24/7 support team.
• Flexibility to undertake on-call (after-hours) shifts.
• Opportunities to develop, document, mentor, and train others in support procedures.
