This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver outstanding technical support and customer service as a member of our Level 2 support team.
• Collaborate with support and development teams to address application and system-related issues.
• Develop and maintain expertise in the application process and systems pertinent to the company.
• Oversee and resolve application issues, provide updates, and conduct root cause analyses.
• Monitor all alerts associated with application and system procedures and offer proactive services.
• Foster strong professional relationships with counterparts in the engineering and customer support departments.
• Plan and execute projects of varying sizes, offering assistance with all processes under the guidance of Software Engineers.
• Conduct root cause assessments and troubleshoot all issues related to server domains and application availability.
• Work with the testing department to facilitate releases and deployments across different environments and production outputs.
• Offer support while identifying issues and preparing comprehensive documentation for all problems and solutions.
• Oversee all production systems, recommending performance optimization strategies and preparing reports for all identified issues.
• Identify and resolve issues with varying levels of complexity, from medium to high.
• Proficient in Microsoft IIS.
• Familiarity with database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
• Ability to learn and master software specific to the employer.
• Strong complex problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proven capability to quickly grasp technical information, processes, and applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with the ability to multitask and operate efficiently within a rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure.
• Proficient in using tools like Postman for creating and saving simple and complex HTTP/s requests.
• A degree-level qualification in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, preferably C#.
• Experience in establishing effective relationships with development teams and clients.
• Flexible arrangement of up to eight work-from-home days per month after the probation period.
