This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• You will collaborate directly with security teams, AppSec leaders, and engineering organizations that are incorporating autonomous pentesting into their vulnerability management strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for a substantial and expanding portfolio of clients.
• Take ownership of the complete customer experience across numerous accounts; ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
• Provide a high-touch experience as necessary by functioning as a problem solver—perform independent analysis and triage before escalating issues to internal teams.
• Create and manage repeatable workflows to facilitate self-service entry with product-led expansion.
• Work in close partnership with both product and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
• Serve as an externally-facing technical program manager—identify process deficiencies, advocate for solutions, and recognize when automation is required, even without coding.
• Represent the customer's voice internally to drive adoption and ongoing improvements.
• Advocate for product and process enhancements that minimize friction, automate interactions, and enhance results.
• Confidently navigate product inquiries, escalating as necessary even without extensive domain expertise.
• Convert pentesting findings and vulnerability data into actionable recommendations for security and engineering stakeholders.
• Possess a solid understanding of application security concepts—such as OWASP Top 10, CVSS scoring, and common vulnerability classes—sufficient to address customer inquiries and contextualize results.
• Collaborate with clients conducting large-scale assessments across multiple applications, monitoring coverage, SLA compliance, and identifying trends.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to address edge cases in scan results, differentiating between product shortcomings and expected behavior.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials based on real product workflows.
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with application security or development tools.
• Working knowledge of application security principles.
• Exposure to the security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Background in technical program management, technical account management, or customer success at scale.
• Proficient in Korean and advanced in English.
