Application Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Promote and market intricate application and system solutions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements.

• Offer technical proficiency and create tailored solutions.

• Work in partnership with teams to guarantee successful project delivery.

• Report directly to the Senior Technical Support Manager.

• Engage in activities that involve direct customer interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

• Over 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar domain.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Fire Alarm systems.

• A robust technical background in application and systems engineering.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related area (preferred).

• Experience in marketing complex application and system solutions (preferred).

• Demonstrated success in sales engineering roles (preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities (preferred).

• Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn (preferred).

• Inquisitive individuals who are receptive to discovering new business prospects (preferred).
