This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Managing second-level support with a focus on customers in the European region.
• Resolving customer-submitted support tickets related to Agilent's enterprise software.
• Providing remote assistance to Agilent front-line service teams with customer installations and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, R&D) to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Acting as a representative of the Support team during critical Presto incidents.
• Contributing to the enhancement of the Support team's collective knowledge base through insights gained from customer support tickets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent university qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in supervised laboratory environments (GMP, FDA 21, CFR Part 11).
• Strong understanding of the Agilent Software portfolio, particularly OpenLab CDS.
• Knowledge of Mass Hunter and MS technologies.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively via WebEx/Teams.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, SQL, and Networking.
• Experience with Citrix, Terminal Services, VM, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS and Azure.
