Application Developer, Salesforce Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You implement functional requirements by configuring and programming on the Salesforce platform.

• You create custom components utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• You design and execute intricate business logic and automations with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and authorization principles.

• You play an active role in enhancing our data model and modifying objects and data structures.

• You maintain high technical quality by writing unit tests, performing systematic debugging, and assisting with deployments and release transitions.

• You take API and integration fundamentals into account to ensure smooth connectivity between Salesforce and related systems.

• You collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and our implementation partner, documenting your technical implementations in a clear and structured manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in (business) computer science or a similar IT qualification, along with relevant professional experience in software development.

• You have extensive experience developing on the Salesforce platform, especially with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.

• Ideally, you have experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.

• You are well-versed in modern software development principles, version control, and structured deployment processes.

• You are analytical and solution-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality, “clean” code.
