This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Execute the entry and processing of incoming requests for the creation of master data related to materials, accounts receivables, accounts payables, conditions, and other master data.
• Make modifications to master data and ensure the ongoing maintenance of existing master data in line with the requirements set by specialist departments.
• Conduct mass data maintenance as part of project initiatives, rectifying incorrect data in accordance with the specifications provided by specialist departments.
• Perform control and monitoring tasks, generating data extracts as per the guidelines from specialist departments.
• Oversee the quality of data entries and alterations within IT applications.
• Track system-relevant notifications in the application and prepare reports detailing the data status.
• Verify changes for completeness, assessing the logistical and MRP status of materials impacted by modifications.
• Plan and technically implement changes through revisions or discontinuations, scheduling changes, monitoring discontinuations, and meticulously documenting change processes.
• Fully capture and process incoming requests for ERP user onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist the Accounting team by verifying business partner bank account information.
• Manage the Sales Price Master data in SAP, adhering to the requirements of Key-Account Management.
• Support the SCM team in overseeing the Long-term Vendor Declaration Management.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations while implementing the guidance of the quality, environmental management, and/or occupational health and safety officer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the SAP system.
• Proven experience in master data management within an ERP context (material, business partner, companies, BOM, routing, etc.).
• Several years of professional experience within an ERP change management setting or extensive knowledge of IT applications.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with excellent communication and assertiveness skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Conversational Spanish skills are a significant advantage.
