This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Troubleshoot and fix refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves.

• Clearly convey repair solutions to customers.

• Utilize handheld devices to complete work orders.

• Uphold high performance and service standards.

• Experience in appliance repair is essential.

• Sealed system refrigeration experience is a plus.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must maintain a professional demeanor and focus on customer service.
