Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional in-home service experiences for customers.

• Diagnose and repair essential household appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, gas and electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.

• Troubleshoot and fix refrigeration sealed systems.

• Educate customers on repair processes, maintenance, and recommendations.

• Employ mobile technology to manage work orders in a digital format.

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in appliance and smart-home technology.

• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.

• Operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Consistently provide a 5-star customer service experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Experience in repairing refrigeration sealed systems.

• Previous appliance repair experience is preferred.

• Background in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields will also be considered.

• Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively.

• Eagerness to continue learning and developing within the industry.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
