Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and fix Electrolux and Frigidaire appliances, covering cooking, refrigeration, dish care, and laundry products.

• Strive to finish repairs in a single visit while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Utilize company systems and mobile applications to manage service tickets, order parts, document repairs, and fulfill necessary training.

• Keep an accurate inventory of parts in the assigned service vehicle and promote cost-effective parts usage.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks in line with company procedures and technical standards.

• Ensure that the service vehicle and company-supplied tools are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices throughout all service interactions.

• Represent the Electrolux brand in a professional manner, including the proper use and care of company uniforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical repair or equivalent technical education.

• High School Diploma / GED is preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant appliance repair experience, technical certifications, and demonstrated field competency may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

• A valid driver’s license with a driving record that satisfies Electrolux policy requirements.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers.

• Capacity to work independently and manage daily service schedules.

• Experience in appliance repair is preferred; having an EPA refrigeration license for sealed-system repair is advantageous.
