Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers at their residences or business locations to ensure they receive a unique and exceptional service experience.

• Communicate with clients to identify service issues, clarify necessary repairs, and provide accurate estimates as required.

• Skillfully diagnose and repair a range of major appliances, including washers, dryers, gas and electric stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and coffee makers.

• Complete all mandated technician competency model training and actively pursue knowledge to remain an expert in the repair industry.

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while traveling to and from customer sites.

• Use handheld devices to update work orders in a digital format.

• Consistently provide a 5 Star customer service experience.

• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong focus on customer service.

• Familiarity with the principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services.

• Eagerness to learn and enhance skills.

• Possession of a valid driver's license is required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driver's license verification.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (bilingual skills are a plus).

• Capability to lift or maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Previous experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields is preferred.
