Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers at their residences or workplaces to guarantee they receive a unique service experience.

• Communicate with customers to identify service issues, clarify necessary repairs, and provide estimates as required.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators to qualify for performance incentives.

• Expertly diagnose and repair all major appliances, including washers, dryers, gas/electric stoves, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and coffee makers.

• Acquire and implement knowledge about the latest connected technology in major home appliances.

• Complete all mandated technician competency training and actively pursue ongoing expertise in the repair sector.

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while traveling to and from customer sites.

• Use handheld devices to update work orders in a digital format.

• Consistently provide a 5-Star customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess enthusiasm and a strong focus on customer service.

• Familiarity with principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services.

• Eagerness to learn and enhance skills.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must successfully clear a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and driver's license verification.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (bilingual skills are a plus).

• Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.

• Previous experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or similar fields is preferred.
