App Builder Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and execute web applications utilizing Adobe App Builder within the Workfront platform.

• Create and sustain web application extensions that integrate with or complement Workfront.

• Employ React, Node.js, and App Builder frameworks to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement scalable extension methodologies.

• Facilitate rapid experimentation initiatives through Adobe App Builder.

• Test initial business use cases under pressure and validate platform capabilities.

• Implement a fail-fast approach to swiftly assess solution viability and suggest subsequent actions.

• Prototype and refine applications based on feedback from stakeholders and business requirements.

• Work together with business teams to gather requirements and comprehend operational hurdles.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

• Assist marketing operations and workflow automation initiatives as applicable.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes via platform extensions and automation.

• Help establish and uphold guidelines surrounding customization and business requirements.

• Aid in filtering and prioritizing enhancement requests.

• Advocate for scalable development practices and platform governance standards.

• Maintain a systematic approach to development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing web applications.

• Strong hands-on expertise with React and Node.js.

• Familiarity with Adobe App Builder or comparable extension and extensibility frameworks.

• Capability to create web application extensions within or adjacent to the Workfront platform.

• Robust problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to collect requirements and define solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, experimental setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
