• Take ownership and lead the most critical cross-functional operational initiatives within the APCM business at any moment.
• Act as a bridge connecting Growth, Enrollment, Care, and Patient Success by eliminating obstacles, aligning stakeholders, and driving decision-making.
• Convert leadership priorities into organized workstreams with designated owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Assess operational inefficiencies throughout the APCM product lifecycle and create scalable solutions proactively.
• Develop and uphold operational playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and frameworks that facilitate growth without a corresponding increase in headcount.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to pinpoint opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements.
• Assist in the comprehensive launch and scaling of new health system partners.
• Define and manage the key performance indicator (KPI) framework for APCM operations; create dashboards and reports that highlight actionable insights.
• Work alongside Finance and Analytics teams on capacity planning, forecasting, and business evaluations.
• Craft executive-level communications, operational assessments, and strategic updates.
• Anticipate risks and emerging issues before they escalate.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar field.
• A well-rounded operator who is equally adept at creating processes from the ground up, engaging with spreadsheets, and presenting to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and exert influence without direct authority.
• Highly analytical, relying on data for decision-making, and capable of developing analyses independently from raw inputs to actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly changing priorities, and environments where established procedures are not yet in place.
• Exhibit hands-on cross-functional ownership, going beyond mere analytical or presentation support, with a proven history of driving structured problem-solving to execution.
