• Develop and launch Android functionalities utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile flows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading times, responsiveness, and memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only where they significantly enhance the user journey.

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and proven experience in delivering production applications.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high level of ownership, and a keen eye for product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed projects is highly advantageous.

• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, necessitating strong English communication skills.
