• Develop and deliver Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Connect backend APIs, ensuring mobile workflows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness, and optimize memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals with a proven track record of delivering production apps.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Ability to execute tasks quickly, take high ownership, and maintain a strong focus on product quality.

• App links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work are a significant advantage.
