• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design streamlined mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance complex user experiences.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile workflows remain stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, minimize crash rates, optimize loading states, and improve responsiveness and memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production issues to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences solely where they truly enhance the user journey.

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals with a track record of delivering production apps.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user workflows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.

• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, necessitating strong English communication skills.
