This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of marketplace monetization and economics, achieving a balance between merchant supply, consumer demand, and pricing to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Track marketplace performance and modify strategies based on engagement metrics, relevance, merchant outcomes, lifetime value (LTV), and overall marketplace health.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor essential Marketplace KPIs, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to expand marketplace partnerships and boost merchant value.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to enhance the effectiveness, competitiveness, and relevance of Marketplace inventory and offerings.
• Examine supply-side dynamics, including incentives, pricing, and placement, to comprehend elasticity and drive additional Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
• Direct analyses and experiments to evaluate and refine new placements, optimizing overall marketplace performance.
• Perform loan-level profitability analyses to ensure that offers align with credit and financial objectives while balancing the value for both consumers and merchants.
• Assess affiliate portfolio performance by integrating network data, identifying trends, and evaluating the incremental effects of merchant-funded incentives.
• Over 7 years of experience in analytics, particularly within marketplaces, ads/affiliate ecosystems, or two-sided platforms.
• Strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics, pricing strategies, and marketplace trade-offs.
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, DBT, and Sigma; adept at managing ETLs and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
• A strong sense of curiosity and a tendency to leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and boost both personal and team productivity.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Engineering teams.
