Analytics Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements and suggest optimal data modeling solutions;

• Convert business ideas into measurable metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.);

• Design and structure data for analytical purposes in accordance with best practices, ensuring data quality and proper documentation;

• Manage workflows associated with data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and overseeing data pipelines;

• Proficient in SQL;

• Background in analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, and Data Vault);

• Understanding of architectural frameworks for analytics (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.);

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Lead alignment meetings with stakeholders: comprehend business requirements, suggest solutions, and confirm deliverables;

• Experience in orchestrating workflows using Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, dbt, or Dataform;

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
