Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Design and Construct: Create and sustain robust data warehouses while developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to guarantee that data remains clean, trustworthy, and readily available.

• Ecosystem Mapping: Take a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise architecture by mapping data flows across various isolated departments, comprehending the entire lifecycle of data creation, transformation, and consumption within the system.

• AI Innovation Support: Develop and enhance data pipelines that are not only ready for reporting but also prepared for AI applications, ensuring our infrastructure is capable of supporting advanced machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI-driven business strategies.

• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Work closely with business analysts and departmental leaders to convert intricate data into insightful, user-friendly dashboards and visual representations.

• Adaptation & Innovation: Adjust seamlessly as client requirements change, utilizing a strong conceptual understanding of data to address evolving business challenges.

• Advisory & Communication: Serve as a link between complex technical data systems and overarching business objectives, articulating insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• In your role as a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively engage in our recruitment processes by participating in interview panels for prospective positions throughout the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Experience: A solid history as a mid-level professional in data analytics, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related discipline.

• Education: A relevant university degree is preferred.

• Strong Conceptual Foundation: Extensive foundational knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and analytics principles. We value your capacity to learn and adapt more than your recollection of specific syntax.

• Architectural Perspective: Experience (or a keen interest) in enterprise architecture, data lineage, and the mapping of intricate data flows within large organizations.

• Excellent Communication: The ability to function effectively as a remote, independent contributor while fostering highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
