This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Generate reports, insights, and analytics to support the division's objectives.
• Develop report and analysis specifications that align with business requirements.
• Offer consultation to users and potentially lead cross-functional teams in addressing divisional challenges.
• Produce datasets and reports utilizing system reporting tools.
• Conduct research and assist in analyzing data pertinent to strategic initiatives and wider research needs.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and divisional data teams to create actionable analysis and reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with customers to cultivate relationships and enhance understanding of divisional data.
• Examine complex business issues using both internal and external data sources to deliver insights to decision-makers.
• Recognize and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to identify influences.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or translating analytics insights into action, or 9 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements for information-related strategies.
• Experience in resolving complex problems and adopting new perspectives using existing solutions.
• Familiarity with software development processes, including SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering presentations to inform and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading functional teams and managing projects.
• Proficient in SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, and Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
