
Analyst/Associate β Secondary Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Build and nurture relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), General Partners (GPs), and intermediaries.
β’ Collaborate closely with the execution team to successfully complete transactions.
β’ Oversee due diligence, documentation review, and the progression of deals.
β’ Engage in financial analysis, valuation discussions, and pricing support spanning private equity, private credit, and real assets.
β’ Draft investment memos, materials for clients, and presentations for the Investment Committee (IC).
β’ Facilitate timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams.
β’ Enhance understanding of secondary market trends, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Assist with portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and asset evaluation to enhance client discussions.
β’ Work collaboratively with deal teams in the US and UK across different time zones.
β’ Create high-quality summaries and execution materials to aid prompt decision-making.
β’ Coordinate with compliance, KYC/AML, payments, and operational teams to ensure seamless transaction flow.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services; internship experience in a relevant area will also be considered for strong candidates.
β’ Familiarity with structured transactions, credit facilities, capital markets, or private markets is an advantage.
β’ A background in M&A, LevFin, DCM, or sector coverage is beneficial.
β’ Experience with a Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals advisory firm, particularly with client-facing roles, will also be acknowledged.
β’ Capability to communicate clearly and professionally with institutional counterparts.
β’ Basic understanding of private markets, fund structures, or secondary market dynamics is a plus.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial models, term sheets, or credit documentation is desirable.
β’ Willingness to take initiative, strong commercial curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
β’ Significant responsibility from the very first day.
