This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Assist clients who speak English and Spanish by providing clear, straightforward communication regarding brand lift methodology, product features, roadmaps, limitations, and best practices for Cint’s Measurement product suite.
• Lead professional written and verbal interactions with clients in both English and Spanish, encompassing email communication, reporting discussions, training sessions, troubleshooting, and live meetings.
• Simplify complex technical and methodological concepts into accessible, client-friendly language for bilingual stakeholders.
• Continuously develop and maintain an updated understanding of product modifications and methodological enhancements.
• Educate and engage customers in the advertising and media sectors on Cint's unique cross-platform campaign measurement software.
• Effectively delegate and manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality with minimal supervision from management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify key customer challenges and advocate for product improvements as the voice of the customer internally.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Cint proprietary software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
• Attain clients’ measurement objectives through proactive communication, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Understand and adhere to best practices and standard operating procedures to work efficiently as part of an account team, identifying project challenges, implementing solutions, and managing expectations.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Cint’s measurement products and internal software to effectively implement sampling strategies for concurrent research projects.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Ability to confidently conduct business, lead client discussions, and professionally communicate intricate information in both languages.
• BA/BS degree is required.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, client services, or other related client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey complex or technical information in a straightforward manner.
• Comfort with phone communication or teleconferencing with clients (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong work ethic with a self-motivated attitude and a drive to achieve goals.
