
Analyst, Loan Administration Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with leaders in Loan Administration to evaluate needs and create solutions that foster growth and efficiency within the department.
• Organize Loan Administration projects, evaluate and analyze their business impact, and relay updates and activities related to these projects.
• Oversee assigned projects within Loan Administration throughout the project lifecycle, including analysis, specification, design, development, and deployment.
• Ensure that all Loan Administration tasks and projects are completed within the designated timelines and budget constraints.
• Collect and document business requirements, develop case formulations, and engage in the solution design of projects.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while coordinating with various stakeholder groups.
• Create and implement effective project communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders, team members, and affected parties are fully informed about project objectives, expectations, status, and outcomes.
• Develop key performance metrics, design reporting/dashboard solutions, and advocate for the use of structured data to enhance business performance.
• Responsible for conducting end-user testing for all Loan Administration projects.
• Analyze results and suggest process improvements to leadership.
• Monitor requirements, provide updates, and ensure the quality of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project communications, training materials, and business documentation by closely collaborating with the Loan Administration servicing analyst.
• Possess strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and a significant workload with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, along with presentation capabilities to effectively engage with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Able to interact effectively with senior management as a project advisor.
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing the work schedules of others over the long term.
• Comfortable working in a project environment and knowledgeable about the application development lifecycle.
• Capable of delivering informative presentations within the organization and addressing groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• At least three (3) years of experience employing continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in effectively managing projects under tight deadlines.
