This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Consult governmental websites to gather information regarding the ESS and other regulatory documents.
β’ Organize documents based on characteristics such as subject matter, content type, or relevant industry sector.
β’ Write clear summaries of the content of documents or changes in regulations.
β’ Maintain Nimonik's document library by updating information and adding new content.
β’ Identify more accurate and efficient working methods, utilizing technology when appropriate.
β’ One year of professional experience in one of the following fields: Environment, Law, Database Management, Data Analysis, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Safety or Public Health, Library Science, Engineering, Journalism.
β’ Professional proficiency in the English language.
β’ Excellent accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
β’ Ability to quickly summarize technical information in English in a simplified manner and according to the required format.
β’ Familiarity with web technologies and possess a good general level of technical proficiency in computing.
β’ Capable of working effectively with large quantities of data.
β’ Three weeks of paid vacation upon starting.
β’ Fridays off in July.
