This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the development of the next generation of reporting for our Customer Experience team.
• Create PowerBI data models, automated datasets, and dynamic dashboards.
• Design SQL transformations and pipelines that produce accurate and validated reporting datasets.
• Enhance and innovate reporting solutions within the NICE Data Environment.
• Merge and reconcile data from DRIVE, CC Pulse, Genesys Cloud, Avaya, and Salesforce.
• Evaluate essential contact center metrics such as service levels, ASA, handle time, adherence, occupancy, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively with WFM and Operations partners to fulfill reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree (from an accredited institution) or, in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution) along with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (in addition to the educational requirement).
• Strong communication skills with the capability to lead and influence others effectively.
