Analyst – External Manufacturing Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the External Manufacturing (EM) ecosystem to enhance financial stewardship and optimize cost performance.

• Work with comprehensive ownership, significant autonomy, and cross-functional engagement across EM plants, supply chain, procurement, and category finance.

• Assist in procurement negotiations by providing financial modeling and commercial insights.

• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts for designated EM plants.

• Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial statements, and dashboards for leadership.

• Evaluate cost variances and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure strong internal controls are maintained throughout EM operations.

• Identify gaps in processes and advocate for opportunities in automation and simplification.

⛳️ Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance / Commerce Graduate / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in plant finance, cost control, external manufacturing, or supply chain finance (FMCG experience preferred).

• Familiarity with SAP (FICO preferred).

• High level of proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

• Knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and plant KPIs.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
