Analyst Engineer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain predictive models applied to business decisions;

• Structure, build, and enhance robust and scalable data pipelines;

• Support business areas with analyses and ensure the functionality of the self-service data culture;

• Optimize, document, and structure reports and dashboards in Looker;

• Contribute to Artificial Intelligence initiatives currently being structured within the company;

• Support strategic business analyses and projects with a data-driven perspective;

• Share knowledge and assist in the technical development of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed;

• Experience with AWS architecture (S3, EMR, Spark, Redshift);

• Experience in building data pipelines with Apache Airflow;

• Strong background in developing predictive models (applied Machine Learning);

• Proficiency in Python;

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Looker or similar tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with business areas;

• Collaborative, proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.

• Differentials:

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, MCP. Familiarity with creating agents;

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
