This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver daily operational and functional assistance for PLM and associated Regulatory and R&D tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to workflows, configurations, and system behavior.
• Coordinate and escalate system-related problems with internal technology teams or external vendors as necessary.
• Assist in system releases, testing, and validation from a business process perspective.
• Support and uphold standard business processes within PLM and interconnected systems across Regulatory, R&D, PD, and Product Innovation teams.
• Aid users in comprehending system functionality, data flow, and best practices without directly managing or creating core data.
• Identify process gaps or system constraints and collaborate with stakeholders to suggest functional enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Data, Regulatory, R&D, PD, Product Innovation, and Master Data teams to ensure systems cater to end-to-end product lifecycle requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, converting business process requirements into functional system specifications.
• Work predominantly with global stakeholders.
• Provide assistance with ad-hoc reporting requests and system inquiries related to PLM, formula, and regulatory workflows.
• Facilitate visibility into product formula and compliance statuses via system outputs and reports.
• Document system workflows, support processes, and known issues to enhance consistency and user adoption.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system usability, process efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
• Compile Dossier & PIF for Regulatory Teams.
• Proven experience in a technical-functional or systems support role for PLM or similar enterprise business systems.
• Strong comprehension of business processes throughout the product lifecycle, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, or regulated consumer products.
• Familiarity with Regulatory, R&D, or compliance-driven workflows is highly preferred.
• Comfortable assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and working within established system configurations (not responsible for data creation or architecture).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective and confident communicator, capable of collaborating across business and technical teams.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to facilitate collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, or skincare is an advantage.
• Bonus eligibility (200% of target over the last four fiscal years).
