📋 Description

• Accountable for creating impactful improvement strategies

• Provides support to the Enterprise Service Assurance and Service Delivery teams

• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve results

• Conducts research and analyzes diverse data to derive accurate conclusions

• Engages in complex modeling to aid in forecasting, performance analysis, and optimization

• Facilitates regular senior-level evaluations of workforce models, assumptions, and performance indicators

• Independently manages highly complex, detailed analytical projects with minimal oversight
