This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee financial indicators and performance metrics of projects and portfolios.

• Prepare, review, and validate Business Cases, feasibility analyses, and return on investment assessments.

• Monitor benefits, costs, risks, and strategic outcomes of projects.

• Develop dashboards and executive reports to support decision-making processes.

• Support governance for projects, programs, and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Conduct economic analyses using metrics such as ROI, Payback, NPV, IRR, CAPEX, and OPEX.

• Promote the application of management methodologies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with business areas, engineering, and leadership to track results and generate value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.

• Experience in Value PMO, TMO, or financial project management.

• Background in the Engineering, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.

• Proficiency in Economic Engineering: ROI, Payback, NPV, IRR, Break-even Point, CAPEX, and OPEX.

• Familiarity with management frameworks such as PMO, Agile, OKRs, and Value Streams.

• Knowledge of Power BI and the creation of executive dashboards.

• Experience in building, reviewing, and auditing Business Cases.
