Analista Técnico, Base24

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Participate in integration projects, maintenance, and support for electronic transaction processing systems.

• Include XPNET networks and TSS cryptographic systems.

• Configure Base24/XPNET/TSS.

• Set up institutions, BINS, terminals, merchants, retailers, and interfaces (Host to Host, BIC, Visanet, Banknet).

• Manage files: CPF, IDF, PTD/TDF, PRDF, HCH, EMF, ICFE, APCI, IPCF, KEY6/KEYF.

• Configure TSS cryptographic keys.

• Create and maintain Base24 Classic and XPNET networks.

• Technical Analysis: Review new client requests and assess technical impact on Base24 Classic programs.

• Programming and Development: Draft technical documentation and build new features in Base24 Classic programs.

• Execute and analyze audit logs.

• Conduct testing and simulate transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Systems or related fields.

• Technical professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in analysis, configuration, and programming on the Base24 Classic platform.

• Knowledge of EPS (Electronic Payment Services).

• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• ESSENTIAL ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH (will be evaluated).

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
